When Your Website Stops Explaining Who You Are
Some changes start long before anyone can see them. Over the past few years, BeFootball has changed. We’ve built new experiences, explored new technologies, worked with different players across the industry, and found new ways to experience and interact with football.
At some point, our website was still talking about us, but we could feel we had outgrown it.

It wasn’t a design “problem”. It was a definition “problem”. The previous website did a good job of explaining who we had been, but it was starting to fall short of explaining what we’re becoming. So before changing how BeFootball looked, we had to rethink how we understood ourselves.
Seen individually, our projects could look like separate experiences. But they all share the same ambition: to take football beyond the screen and turn it into a space you can step into, participate in and truly feel part of.
BeFootball needed a new and more accurate way to explain what it had become. A structure capable of making sense of everything we’re already doing while, above all, leaving room for whatever comes next. Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s that our products will change, technology will evolve, and new ways of experiencing football will emerge that we probably can’t even imagine today. The website had to be ready for that.

Who we are. For now
The previous website showed what we did. The new one explains where we’re going. And that also means communicating better with everyone who comes to us. A player, a fan, a club, a brand, a federation or even a university won’t be looking for the same thing. Until now, those conversations could sit too close together; now, we want everyone to quickly understand what they can find, experience or build with us.
That’s why the change goes beyond a new interface. It changes the architecture, the way we organize our projects and, above all, the way we communicate where we want to take BeFootball.
And yes, while we were at it, we also made it more aesthetic, more current, faster and more us. We’re not going to pretend that doesn’t matter. But the visual side is simply the most obvious part of a change that started much deeper.
The new website isn’t meant to be definitive. It will keep growing, changing and evolving as we do, making room for new experiences, ideas and ways of understanding football.
New meta unlocked. Welcome to be.football.
